Project Supervisor

About the Role

ADEAREST is looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to coordinate and supervise onsite project activities within an assigned location. The role is responsible for ensuring that installation works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved technical, quality, and timeline requirements.

Reporting to the Project Engineer and Project Manager, the Project Supervisor will prepare detailed work plans, manage site teams, coordinate with contractors and specialist supervisors, monitor project risks, and maintain a continuous flow of work at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed site work plans in coordination with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, and Project Planning Engineer.
• Ensure site work plans align with the approved project schedule, milestones, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Planning Engineer.
• Organize and supervise installation activities at site and make necessary adjustments based on actual site conditions.
• Apply strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration, cold-store insulation, and MEP works.
• Adjust work plans to address technical challenges and obtain assistance from the engineering team or PMO when required.
• Provide clear instructions to site teams according to project requirements and approved drawings.
• Coordinate the timely attendance of Specialist Supervisors for specific installation activities.
• Monitor the technical and aesthetic quality of all completed site works.
• Ensure compliance with ADEAREST and client Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Organize toolbox talks and communicate relevant safety requirements to workers.
• Take responsibility for materials, equipment, and tools delivered to the project site.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator regarding cranes, scissor lifts, access equipment, and other special equipment requirements.
• Serve as the main onsite link between the Project Engineer and Specialist Supervisors.
• Ensure efficient and responsible use of company assets, equipment, and tools.
• Coordinate daily site activities with the main contractor, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve routine site issues and immediately escalate unresolved concerns to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify construction risks, delays, constraints, and quality concerns.
